Are you in need of a vacation or short weekend getaway? If so, Georgia Square Mall wants to help you get there with “Spend to Win” Travel Tuesday Giveaways.

Each Tuesday, October 17 through November 14, shoppers who spend $50 or more on Tuesday of each week can show their same day receipts between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at Center Court and register to win a weekly $300 travel voucher from McCormick Travel. Plus you’ll automatically be entered a drawing for one three grand prizes, $1,500, $1,000, or $700 travel voucher also provided by McCormick Travel.

All participants will receive a small prize by spinning a prize wheel when showing receipts totaling $50 or more.

The grand prize winners will be announced on Thursday November 16 via Facebook and Georgia Square Mall Website.

Georgia Square Mall Spend to Win:

No purchase necessary to enter to win. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning.

Only one entry allowed per person, per day.

To Enter: Spend $50 or more at Georgia Square Mall every Tuesday beginning October 17, 2017 through November 14, 2017 between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Bring the same day receipt(s) to Center Court by 5:00 p.m. and complete an entry form to be entered into a weekly drawing for a $300 travel voucher spree and chance for one of 3 (Three) grand prizes. Weekly winners will selected at random and announced on Facebook every Thursday by 5:00 p.m.

Deadline for in-person entries is each Tuesday by 5:00 p.m.

To enter without a purchase: DOWNLOAD AN ENTRY FORM HERE and bring it to center court by 7:00 p.m. each Tuesday during Contest period or mail it to: Georgia Square Mall Suite 212, 3700 Atlanta Highway, Athens, GA 30606. Mailed entries must be received in the mall management office by 7:00 p.m. each Tuesday, October 17, 24, 31 & November 7 & 14.

PRIZE(s): Five (5) weekly prizes will be awarded. Weekly prizes will equal a $300 travel voucher. Grand prizes will include a $1,500 travel voucher and two additional prizes for $1,000 and $700. All winners will have 7 calendar days to claim his/her prize, or a new winner will be chose from the remaining eligible entries. No substitution of Prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Georgia Square Mall, Georgia Square Mall tenants and members of the immediate families or those living in the same households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate or win in the contest. For purposes of this contest, immediate family members include spouses, grandparents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize.
2. No purchase necessary. Contest is void where prohibited. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
3. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entrants participating during the Contest Period.
4. By participating in the Contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest, in any media now known or hereafter devised for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation, and must sign a publicity release prior to the acceptance of Prize. By entering this Contest, each participant agrees to comply with the Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest sponsor which shall be final and binding in all aspects relating to the Contest.
5. All Contest winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize. Pursuant to the liability release, the winner or winners will agree to hold Georgia Square Mall, the Company, any other Contest parties and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of the foregoing, harmless against any and all claims or liability, directly or indirectly related to or arising from or in connection with Contest participation or the acceptance, possession or use / misuse of awarded Prize or any portion thereof, or participation in Prize-related activities, including but not limited to any related travel.
6. Winners must provide valid identification (valid driver’s license, passport or a government-issued photo I.D.) to claim prize.
7. Georgia Square Mall reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if Contest rules are not followed. Contest void where prohibited by law.
