Come Walk the Mall!
We have a fun group of folks who walk our Mall on a regular basis. One lap around the upper level is 1/2 mile. Another lap around the lower level, another 1/2 mile! We are YOUR Mall, so feel free to come walk whenever you can.
We have such an active walking group – one that’s been meeting for over 27 years – Ga Square Mall treats us with a FREE breakfast . . . every other month on the 3rd Tuesday in the Food Court. We have breakfast at 8:00am followed by a speaker at 8:30am. We have an interesting speaker each time we meet plus free giveaways. Our sponsors include Athens Council on Aging, St. Mary’s Hospital, Athens Regional, and Arbor Terrace.
Dress code is a good pair of walking shoes and a smile on your face! Hope to see you there.
