Assistant Manager (12-20 hrs per week)

Responsibilities:
Support the leadership of the Store Manager
Assist with execution of all operating, visual and human resource processes, and disciplines

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years retail management experience
Ability and passion to deliver unparalleled customer service
Availability of 31 hours per week, peak selling times
Must work a minimum of four weekend shifts per month
Specialty apparel retail management experience preferred
